- Maison spacieuse et atypique, décorée avec goût - Répartition des espaces pratique avec 4 chambres indépendantes, chacune équipée de sa salle d’eau, wc (dont une avec baignoire), grand salon cosy et une cuisine bien aménagée - Grande cour agréable avec coin repas extérieur et la piscine avec son solarium - Climatisation dans toutes les pièces (sauf la cuisine) - Literie et sanitaires très propres - Vue magnifique, cadre calme et isolé dans la montagne tout en restant proche d’un supermarché et à environ 40 minutes de Malaga

− - Poussière et toiles d’araignées très présentes sous les lits, sous tous les meubles et recoins : un ménage plus approfondi serait nécessaire car ne semble pas avoir été fait depuis un certain temps au vu de l’accumulation - Très peu de petites cuillères (x4) et de bols dans la cuisine - Terrasse et rebords en bois de la piscine vétuste (certaines lattes cassées et clous apparent qui sont dangereux) celle ci mériterait une rénovation, de plus l’eau de la piscine jauni les maillots de bain
