8.0Perfect location, quiet, adequately furnished, plenty to see and do in the area.
− The apartment is located in the attic space and therefore extremely hot in the summer. We had to request a fan 4 times before one was eventually provided, after 3 nights without and heatwave temperatures of up to 38°C. Parking was described as nearby but is a 10 - 15 minute walk, 700 - 800 metres away. WiFi wasn't functioning on day 1. Information available was 12 months out of date, and despite extensive instructions regarding garbage disposal and recycling, there were no bags provided to facilitate separation.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in phantastischer Lage
9.0Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer phantastischen Lage mitten in der Altstadt direkt gegenüber dem neuen Schloss. Die Einrichtung ist sehr hochwertig - billige "Pappmöbel" sucht man vergeblich. Alles ist picobello sauber und macht fast den Eindruck, dass es relativ neu renoviert ist. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich viele Restaurants, und ein erstaunlich gut sortierter Bioladen liegt schräg gegenüber.
− Einziger Kritikpunkt (deshalb nur 9 Sternchen) ist der relativ weit entfernte Parkplatz: man absolviert je nach Tempo 10 - 15 Gehminuten mit leichter Steigung, bis man sein Auto erreicht hat, und er kostet z.Zt. 10€/Tag und nicht 30€/Woche, wie es bei Booking.com zu lesen ist (allerdings ist auch das relativ günstig im Vergleich zu den Alternativen). Noch eine kleine Anmerkung: Die Wohnung ist nicht barrierefrei und deshalb für stark Gehbehinderte und Rollstuhlfahrer ungeeignet. Dies sollte m.E. in der ansonsten sehr umfangreichen Beschreibung erwähnt werden, um Enttäuschungen zu vermeiden.
Für den Aufenthalt von 4 Nächten zu empfehlen. Lage sehr gut.
7.0Alles okay mit der Wohnung. Vielleicht könnte ein bisschen mehr Geschirr vorhanden sein.
− Wir wussten leider nicht, dass ein Weinfest genau vor der Wohnung war und sind mit unserem Gepäck fast nicht durch die Menschenmenge gekommen. Das war wirklich sehr anstrengend. Ich hätte mir da vom Gastgeber mehr Informationen gewünscht.

7.0Das es im Zentrum war ,die Atmosphäre in dem Apartment war prima
− Aufzug zu klein , könnte neue Kaffeemaschine betragen war leider kalter Kaffee ,Steckdosen neben dem Bett geht eine nicht !
