9.0La ubicación es excelente, amplio, limpio y comodo. Es el segundo año y repetiríamos
− Por decir algo en la habitación de arriba demasiado calor algunos días pese a ventilador. La escalera para subir puede ser complicada con maletas para determinadas personas con dificultades para deambulación.

− Convoluted emails re check in. Security deposit demanded after full payment. Incorrect payment recorded. No personal contact or communication with anonymous owners/managers. Refusal to provide requested bed linen, so had to buy our own in the resort. Policy of changing linens only after 15 days! Washing machine blew the fuses and was not repaired. Cold apartment with inadequate functioning heaters. Complete absence of kitchen & bathroom basics...condiments, detergents etc Extremely steep spiral staircase to second bedroom. Very unhelpful attitude of managers

9.0Excellent location in the center of Cascais, close to the beach, restaurants and shops. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and cozy, with a nice authentic Portuguese atmosphere. Easy check-in and very friendly communication with the hosts. We really enjoyed our stay.
− Nothing serious. Everything was good and matched the description. Maybe a little noise from the street in the evening, but this is normal for such a central location.

6.0Couldn't check in til 4pm,the procedure for registering guests was over complicated & needed to be a few times
− The property is tired, the doors to the yard area are tiny,the rooms smelt like they'd not been aired for a while & the cupboards amelt musty
A confortable town house.
7.0Very neat, clean and confortable Town House. A very pleasant stay. It´s a very good value and confortable space giving more confort than a hotel room or appartment. I recommend this space and lodging for confort and space.
− No soaps in the house for washing hands, no welcome coffee, no welcome tea, no welcome salt and pepper. I strongly recommend for filter coffee machine, those machine for tabs coffee are one usage only and extremely un-eco Friendly. This is why I am only putting 7 stars as this coffee machine system is not usually easy to recycle.
