The facility was clean and very close to the city centre. The staff were friendly, and clear instructions were given from the on how to locate the facility and use of amenities provided.

− Floor was a bit noisy when walking around the room. And you can hear the noise from the next room. But in general, I will definitely use the facility again when in Nottingham.
