9.0Warm, clean, comfortable. Good location.
− Lack of sun to outside space, although in summer this is probably a positive.

6.0Era un apartamento bastante amplio, con su terraza y cocina muy bien equipada. Está situado en todo el centro de Monachil.
− Que la dueña controla la calefacción. Cada vez que queríamos subirla teníamos que contactar con ella. Tiene solamente un espejo en el baño y en la habitación de invitados no hay armarios.
