No volveré. No tenía nada que ver con las imágenes que había en la web. La cama estaba en el suelo colocada sobre un palet y con las sábanas manchadas, al igual que las paredes, cocina diminuta y sucia, por no hablar del aseo con la tapadera del wc rota, y en general sin limpiar ni el polvo. Además; nos encontramos el sofá roto, por lo que no pudimos ni pasar tiempo en el alojamiento por la situación en las que estaba.

− Me quejé desde el primer día que llegamos para que nos cambiasen de estudio porque las condiciones en las que estaba eran lamentables, y 7 días después, aún sigo esperando una respuesta por parte de ellos.

Lo mejor del apartamento es la ubicacion, cercano a estacion de metro de Paddington y Baywater

− La televison solo funcionaba para canales de pago. Pusimos incidencia. Nos indicaron que pasarian a arreglarlo, pero en los 6 dias que estuvimos nadie lo arreglo. Menaje muy escaso: solo habia 2 tazas, 2 platos, 2 cucharas,2 tenedores. El piso estaba sucio, con rincones muy sucios . El cuarto de baño, puertas bufadas por escape de agua y humedad. En la ducha el agua sale muy caliente y no hay manera de graduarla para mezclar con agua fria.

Es un alojamiento muy céntrico y comunicado, bien iluminado, limpio y muy bien dotado de todos los servicios.

− Es pequeñito. Para cuatro personas, se queda un poco escaso, pero para una escapada de pocos días es suficiente.

The property

The location of the property is convenient and close to underground stations. There were a lot of amenities available (kitchen appliances, iron, ironing board). Their customer service responds fairly quickly.

− The property looked so impressive in the photos and showed only the bigger studio apartments. I was given the smaller apartment and it didn't meet expectations. The floor was so sticky, the bathroom was small, and the toilet had so much hard water deposit that it looked dirty. I stayed during the heatwave too and the electric fan was broken (it was working but you could not move it without tipping over). The wifi was not working, even when I got in touch with their customer service 3 times they could not resolve the issue. The photos could have shown the real state of the place to manage expectations, and the property definitely could have been cheaper.
