My family & I love the vibes and it was so comfy. the facilities are superb. This is my 3rd stay here. Surely we'll repeat next time.

− The location is quite congested in the heart of KKB so i got problem with the parking (maybe because there was a shop opening ceremony at that time). but then after 6 i could park near the unit. - It would be better if there is a sink in front of the bathroom.

Convenient location and owner respond promptly with our request for code and toilet rolls. Clean property.

− The owner a bit impatient when I asked for the code to the door. Yes I asked multiple times to make sure that the message got across and I have no intention to irritate the owner but unfortunately he misunderstood my intentions. I have had previous bad experiences during my stay at other non hotel properties where it was difficult to check in. Anyway, as a host , owner should be more understanding and able to tolerate customer’s request. I think I did not make unreasonable or unnecessary demands. Just a simple basic question of the code to check in. I hope that more Aircond can be installed in the property.

A peaceful, classy and thoughtfully prepared homestay that became part of a very meaningful family journey.

We arrived around 9:00pm after a long drive, and the homestay was exactly what we needed; quiet, clean and very comfortable. The place is tastefully and elegantly decorated, with a classy, homely feel that immediately puts you at ease. We really appreciated the complimentary snacks and drinks thoughtfully prepared for guests; a small touch, but very welcoming, especially arriving late at night. The calm environment helped my son rest well and mentally prepare for his interview the next morning.
