A quiet location, but the apartment itself needs much better cleaning and upkeep.
6.0Great location: very quiet area, a grocery store right next to the building, and the train station is only a 3–5 minute walk away. Nice view from the balcony. The host is generally willing to help if needed. The apartment technically meets the basic requirements for accommodation (hot water, fridge, kettle, coffee machine, washing machine). However, many items were in such poor condition that they didn’t feel pleasant or comfortable to use. I probably wouldn’t recommend this place if you have the option to save up a little and choose something slightly more expensive, especially for a longer stay.
− The apartment was not clean upon arrival: noticeable coffee stains on the floor, a lot of dust, and a visibly stained sofa. It was cold inside, and the air conditioner did not work. Both smoke detectors were missing (only the mounts were left on the ceiling), which felt concerning. There was a strong cigarette smell on the balcony. Communication was slow — it sometimes took up to 1.5 weeks to receive a reply from the host. The kitchen was poorly equipped for a property that accommodates up to four people (only three cups and very limited cutlery). Bed linens and towels are available only for an extra fee. As a tourist, this felt inconvenient and unpleasant.
