10.0Eu adorei o apartamento, novo, bem localizado e com excelente infra estrutura do condomínio. Além de tudo é super perto das melhores praias.

7.0Estrutura do condomínio é excelente e apartamento confortável.
− Houve atraso de 1:30hr para liberação do apto ( estava sendo feito a limpeza), no banheiro social o spot de iluminação estava queimado ( na altura do espelho), não havia tapete na entrada, e nem para suíte, a senha da internet estava errada ( a anfitriã conseguiu solucionar porém com uma certa demora), e o que me faz não voltar é o chuveiro ducha extremamente fraca e com saída de água irregular no crivo, tornando o banho lento e desagradável. E de sugestão: seria ideal um espelho vertical.

10.0Tudo ótimo, o condomínio é super bem cuidado, bonito, limpo, confortável. O senhor Douglas é muito atencioso, sempre disponível e resolutivo.
− Ausência de tela de proteção contra mosquitos nas janelas e portas (tem muito pernilongo e foi meio atrapalhado não ter tela). Fica há uns 1.7m da praia e a estrada não tem acostamento. Nós estávamos de carro, então não foi um problema.
