Lovely little stay but clean caravan

The location was brilliant in-between Skegness and ingolmells and not far from the beach the actual caravan itself is quite far back from the entrance so you get nice views of other fields as it's near the back the caravan was very big and clean.

− How it is located near the back and not the entrance. So I walked to the shop a lot further than you would like lol

Great spacious lodge ideally located for all attractions.

The lodge was spacious and suited our family of 5, it was in a great location within 1/2 a mile of Fantasy Island. Within walking distance there are several pubs and eateries and shops. Skegness is a short drive one way down the coast, the other way up the coast are holiday towns such as Ingoldmells, Chapel St Leonards, Sutton on Sea and Mablethorpe and there are many attractions to visit on the coast and inland. The facilities in the lodge were good with everything we needed, the water was always hot and there is a good phone / WiFi signal. The lodge is suited on the edge of the site with a scenic outlook directly from the balcony with sun all day, ideal for relaxing with a cold beer / drink.

− To be honest there is really not much to dislike if you want a great value holiday, we would highly recommend.

Easy to get too and easy access to city centre and Skegness beach.

− Near train station and Butlins not to worry about travelling
