− The lift didn’t work and we were on the 3rd (seemed like 4th) floor.

− the link in the email did not work. I was lucky someone popped up and opened the door. then there was someone at the reception. There was a water leak problem with the toilets. We mentionned it but it has not been fixed. There was water everywhere in the bathroom. With a kicthen, we wold have expected a small table to take our lunch. We had to eat on the coffee table.
