− Трішки брудно, дзеркала були в пальцях, вікна всі брудні, під лавочкою в хаті павутина, також між шафою і стіною павутина, холодильник в крошках був, на стільниці в кухні не добре прибрали була грязна та в крошках, бокали які стоять на підносі теж брудні були В підʼїзді зустрів нас великий собака, про таке треба попереджати навіть якщо він не кусається

9.0Die riesige Terrasse war einfach traumhaft schön und die Wohnung sehr stilvoll eingerichtet. Ingesamt sehr gute Ausstattung. Es fehlte an nichts. Die Garage war groß, auch für unseren Bus geeignet.
− Straßenverkehr könnte für Urlauber störend sein, für uns noch im Rahmen. Und die Anfahrt die Serpentinen hinauf ist etwas herausfordernd.

8.0Das Appartement war sehr groß, drei Schlafzimmer, zwei Bäder, davon eins innenliegend, grosser Wohn-/ Essbereich. Es gab eine große Terrasse mit schönem Blick über Como bis nach Mailand und eine angenehm große Garage. Die Erklärung zum Zugang der Wohnung war präzise und sehr gut. In der Küche gab es eine moderne Gefrier- / Kühlkombi, einen Geschirrspüler, einen Backofen, zwei Herdplatten und einen kleinen Elektrogrill. Die Betten waren bezogen, Handtücher ausreichend vorhanden. Sehr viel Geschirr, Besteck, Töpfe vorhanden, alles was man braucht.
− Das Haus liegt direkt an der Straße, die Straße zum Haus ist schmal und kurvig. Es gab keine Pad, Kapsel, oder Filterkaffeemaschine und keine Mikrowelle. Eine Matratze war etwas durchgelegen. Das Auf-und Zumachen der Nachbargarage (elektrisch) ist im Appartement sehr gut hörbar.
Gorgeous hillside villa overlooking Como
10.0Amazing villa in the hillside just above Como. Comfortable, beautiful space, modern refurbishments with well maintained traditional features, large windows in all the rooms and all with excellent views down the hill to Como and beyond. Hugely spacious and even better than the pics - there’s a big lovely terrace with amazing views as well, it was the nicest spot for lazy breakfasts and cheese and wine evenings. Location was great, 10 min walk to the funicular down to the action of Como but nice and quiet place, with a few local restaurants and shops that had all you need.
