8.0Good location, clean and friendly owner.
− There was a dead cockroach under the vanity when I arrived. Other than that it was clean though. There were also lots of mosquitoes inside because the windows had been left open.

9.0Transfer from the airport was arranged at very good rate, the location is very central, five minute walk to town center. Everything was spotless clean and had everything that was needed. The owner was always available for questions and helped organizing an island tour. I truly enjoyed my stay:)

9.0Location was very convenient for meeting at the Tanoa round the corner. It was very clean. Self check-in was easy. Free wifi seemed fast and good. Concern and options provided by the owners during the tsunami warning was appreciated. Once I put top-mattress on floor it was very comfortable (was too soft and sank down with my weight when on frame)
− Dogs barking and fighting outside the property late into the night. Had to use earplugs which I find uncomfortable. I wish the shower and toilet were separate. Even though I don't mind sharing as it was very clean. It was annoying to have to wait for other guest to finish showering if one just needed the loo quickly. Also in my room I could hear the bathroom door open and close and the shower quite loudly. There were no cups or glassware to be found - maybe they got taken for a function or something. No tv or radio for local tsunami warning monitoring.
Decent stay. Good for a quick trip as a solo traveller for sure, central so a good base also

Great affordable option for ferry access
10.0Property was comfortable and a walkable distance to town centre and ferry ports. Saffron and her partner were extremely welcoming and even allowed me to check in earlier than usual to accommodate my schedule.
− Some of the mosquito screens on the window could do with repairing and crockery needed; but these were minor teething issues.
