1.0− Llegue al hotel con reserva, la señorita de recepción muy grosera me dice que no habían habitaciones y que ella no podía hacer nada de verdad que me da tristeza comentar esto pero es para mejorar debemos ser amables tanto cuando eres cliente o estas prestando un servicio.
