4.0Sehr gute Lage, Freundliches Personal
− Mir würde die Unterkunft Gebühr zweimal berrechnet. Nach melden wurde der zweite Betrag wieder zurück bezahlt. In Lobby ist eine renovation, darum alles baustelle - sollte online bescheid gegeben sein!
Katastrophe in sehr guter Lage
4.0Die Lage ist wirklich gut, dann hört es aber auch schon wieder auf. Nachdem ich Frühstück gebucht hatte und es aber kein Buffet aufgrund der Baustelle gab, was zuvor nicht kommuniziert wurde, hab ich am 2. Morgen Frühstück aufs Zimmer bekommen.
− Ich hatte erstmal Probleme das Hotel überhaupt zu finden, der Außenbereich war komplett in Baustellenfolie gehüllt. Das ganze Hotel ist die reinste Baustelle, das Treppenhaus ist überall vollgestellt. Ich hatte ein Deluxe Zimmer gebucht, ob das wirklich eins gewesen sein soll kann ich nicht sicher sagen, als ich nachfragen wollte schlief der einzige Mitarbeiter im Check in Bereich. Erst durch mehrmaliges klingeln erwachte er. Das Zimmer ist nachts sehr hell und man hört alles von draußen. Der Fön war eiskalt und lies sich nicht wärmer stellen. Shampoo und Duschgel waren nicht aufgefüllt, ich vermute stark dass darin einfach nur Wasser war.
