♡직원 친절도 : 최고, 데스크직원분들 포함 마주치는 직원분들 모두 다들 친절하게 인사해주셨어요. ♡뷰: 3층배정, 저층이지만 건너편에 낭만포차거리 보이고 사이드로 다리(대교)보여요. 발코니가 있는 룸이었는데 밑으로는 나름 담장?같은 푸른뷰도 있고 밤(7-9시경)되니 케이블카가 반짝반짝 공중에서 줄지어가고 바다에는 유람선이 오가는 예쁜풍경을 볼수있습니다. 아마도 고층은 뷰가 더 멋져보이지 않을까 합니다. ♡룸컨디션: 새것의 느낌은 없지만 나름 깔끔한 정리정돈에 깨끗한 이미지, 스타일러구비, 전자레인지 구비, 냉장고(꽤 큼), 작은 싱크대도 있어서 간단한 요깃거리 포장해서 먹는것도 괜찮다 생각했습니다. ♡침대: 베개를 중요하게 생각하는데 푹신하니 좋았고 이불도 깨끗했어요. ♡조식: 종류가 많지는 않으나 아침식사로 가볍게 먹기에 적합한것들은 왠만하면 다 있어서 괜찮았어요. 조식이벤트로 1+1행사덕으로 저렴히 먹어서 그런지 가성비가 좋다고 느꼈어요. ♡편의시설: 주차 완전편하고 1층엔 편의점, 작은카페, 치킨?호프집 같은것도 있고, 한식당(조식가능) 루프탑에 작은 야외수영장도 있어요. 루프탑에서 바베큐나 해물삼합(미리 신청해야합니다) 또는 다양한 안주와 술을 곁들일수 있는 곳이 있어서 좋습니다(저희는 단체예약자분들 때문에 이용시간이 안맞아서 낭만포차로 이동해서 먹었는데 루프탑에서 못 먹은게 조금 아쉬워요, 가수분이 라이브공연도 하는 시간도 있는데 못봤답니다 ㅠㅠ ( 이동하는거 귀찮으신분들한테 완전추천이요~) ♡주변시설: *낭만포차 : 그냥 슬슬 걸어서 15분정도( 다만 대교위에 있는 도보길을 이용해야해서 다리아프신 분들은 힘들거에요. 계단 오르막 ㅠㅠ 그래도 갈만은 합니다 ㅎㅎ) *케이블카(돌산공원쪽): 자차로 5분정도 *오동도: 자차로 7분 *레일바이크: 자차로 10분정도 *유람선: 자차로 3-5분 *예술랜드: 자차로 15분 이 곳은 여수관광 하루코스로 즐길 것들의 딱 중심지라고 보시면 됩니다. 위치 진짜 좋습니다. 진짜 가성비 최고인 호텔이라 다음에 여수에 또 오게되면다시 찾을것 같아요. 여러모로 만족한 곳입니다. 리뷰를 길게썼는데 관계자 아니고 내돈내산입니다.( 규모는 작지만 나름 이용하기에 전혀 불편함없이 좋은데 리뷰가 별로 없길래 남겨주고 싶었어요 ^^)
− 굳이 아쉬운점을 꼽자면 대중교통 이용자들은 이동할때 위치가 불편할수도 있을것 같네요. 시설이 깨끗하게 관리되고 있는거지 새 건물 느낌은 아니니까 인테리어맛집 기대는 안하시는것이 좋습니다. 층간소음은 없었는데 밤에 냉장고가 커서 그런지 소리가 약간 크게 들린다는 점? 밖에 없었어요.

Nice & helpful staff but location is not the best.

The staff especially Ms. Nahyeon Jo she was very friendly and very helpful. She was always ready to support with a smile on her face at all times. All the staff were friendly and welcoming but Nahyeon Jo was an exception my thanks to her and her way of handling any situation or request. Also the rooms were spacious.
− The location. There is nothing around it at all except for the grocery store at the hotel anywhere else you have to drive. The kitchen was not equipped except for a few cups and nothing else. The view was nice but not too impressive. Towels are small and old. The swimming pool is closed in the morning and opens in the afternoon.
