− There is no running water in the whole place. A dry toilet outside, a neck breaking path to teach the toilet, or a long way round.

8.0Great location by the dog kennels and the breeding Eiders (a lot of tourists come to the spot). The walk to town is around 18 mins. The property is spacous with a wood fire and electricity! But as advertised no water so you get a big water container for all your needs and a dry toilet outside.. Good times.
