− Très déçus par notre expérience. Après avoir effectué notre réservation, l’hôte nous a informés que l’appartement réservé n’était finalement pas disponible et nous a orientés vers un appartement appartenant à un collègue. Malheureusement, ce logement ne correspondait pas du tout à nos attentes ni à la description de notre réservation initiale. Cela nous a fait perdre du temps et de l’énergie pendant nos vacances. Nous aurions préféré être informés de l’indisponibilité avant de réserver afin de pouvoir choisir un autre logement.
