9.0Położenie obiektu w bardzo ładnej, cichej i spokojnej okolicy. 12 minut pieszo od stacji S-Bahn. Przemili i bezproblemowi gospodarze, którzy w swoim mieszkaniu udostępnili, poza wynajętym pokojem, wszystkie niezbędne rzeczy (np. lodówę). W okolicy sklepy i restauracje. Cena bardzo przystępna w stosunku do jakości.
− Brak małej półki/szafki w pokoju, żeby można tam było położyć ubrania wyjęte z walizki.
