Also provided is free WiFi, laundry facilities, and ceiling fans. Each apartment has a garage that can accommodate one vehicle. The complex also has a small shared plunge pool. Location is great. There is limited parking however not an issue.

− Jim at reception was not particularly welcoming or helpful, and unfortunately made us feel as though our stay was an inconvenience rather than something the resort valued. We were surprised by the level of cleaning expected from guests. Guests are required to wash and pack away all dishes for the next occupants, as well as remove their rubbish and empty the bins before checking out. The rooms do not have conventional windows and instead use wooden louvres, which means there is a constant breeze flowing through the room. This may not be ideal and should be made clearer when booking. The general facilities and common areas also appeared under maintained. The walkways were often covered with leaves and debris, giving the property an untidy appearance and there are signs warning of snakes and rats. The bathrooms are quite dated and could benefit from refurbishment. However, they were clean, which we appreciated. Beds are terribly worn out though. Overall, while the resort has potential, it did not meet our expectations in terms of customer service, maintenance, and the level of responsibility placed on guests during their stay.

Great location, partially renovated 3 bedroom unit with all the facilities we required for 5 adults for our stay in palm Cove

− Bedrooms had shutter windows which didn't block the outside noise from the neighbours. We weren't informed painters were working at the property which we felt was an invasion of our privacy, especially outside the bathroom windows.

Calm oasis in the centre of Palm Cove

Fabulous location in central Palm Cove, close to nice restaurants and conveniences. Only a 2 minute walk to the beach. The heated pool and spa were also great during our unseasonably cold stay! The room itself was great, lovely balcony and comfy beds, everything we needed was supplied. The owners were also very kind and let us leave our bags with them for the whole day after check out.

− It would be nice to have a few larger refilled toiletries supplied instead of single use.
