La posizione

− Box doccia assente, wi-fi assente, condizionatori assenti, angolo lavatrice pieno di ragnatele e sporco, letto scomodissimo e una singola televisione in salone senza televisione in camera, treni che passano a tutto spiano tutto il giorno e notte proprio sopra l’abitazione impedendo un riposo tranquillo. Se eseguite almeno le migliorie citate per i comfort diciamo che uno puó chiudere un occhio sul problema “stazione”. Per il prezzo pagato ci aspettavamo quanto meno i comfort base.

Дуже гарне місце, пляж гарний , але платний від 45 євро за двох, є безкоштовний дуже гарний , одну зупинку на поїзді , проїзд коштує 1 євро , пляж Санта Севера , рекомендую, хвилі там бомба. Трішки шумно було у номері від поїздів , бо ну зовсім поряд , швидки поїзди дуже шумлять наче шахед, я лякалася інколи , бо живу у Києві під шахедами і хотілося тиші, але добре що поїзди не ходять з 00 до 5 ранку .....А так все дуже добре , поряд магазини Conad, Carfoul, багато кафе і дуже гарне містечко!!!! Містечко порял з Рим і дуже зручно подорожувати

Perfect holiday by the sea in Italy

Location, apartment, communication were perfect! Everything was reachable within walking distance: railway station, grocery stores, pharmacy and of course the wonderful beaches :) Apartment was very cosy with maritime decoration - me and my mother enjoyed our stay very much. There was a kitchen with everything we needed. Very nice dining area with windows to the inner courtyard and lemon trees everywhere :) Communication with the landlord was flawless. He gave us very good useful tips for our stay. Everyone was very kind and supportive. All in all - perfect holiday by the sea in Italy. Highly recommended!

Very poor accommodation/very disappointing experience

The location suited us.

− The property and contents were all very dated, were not well-maintained, and didn't appear to be particularly clean (including the bed linen and fridge). There were many basics missing, e.g. washing-up liquid and kitchen paper. The kitchen was extremely poorly equipped, making self-catering impossible. Opened, partly used packets of pasta were left in the cupboard, and pieces of garlic were found in drawers. These should have been disposed of. The bathroom was especially unpleasant and grubby. The toilet seat was broken, and the shower curtain was short and ineffective. I had to request a non-slip shower mat, as the tray was extremely slippy/dangerous. There was no washing machine present, despite being listed as an amenity. I feel entitled to a refund as the property was of very poor standard and quality, in stark contrast to the accommodation we had experienced in Venice and Florence over the previous 10 days.
