− No air conditioning, only suitable for 2 adults and maybe 2 little ones . Certainly not 4 adults
Apartment is very nice for visiting Royal Holloway
9.0I had a conference at Royal Holloway part of the university of London and the location was perfect. Apartment is modern and well equipped. I did no cooking or watch television, but the bed was comfortable.
− It’s not fair to Call it a “not like” I’m older with some mobility problems and the tub could use a decent hand, grip shoulder height for those of us who are a little unsteady, but it’s a lovely place

7.0Location was very central - easy access to bus stops and basic shopping. Wonderful walking areas close by. But being on a busy road, opening the windows for fresh air meant dealing with excessive traffic noise.
− For a 14-day stay, a change of bedding would have been welcome. The final "check-out instructions" message could have been worded slightly better - the monetary penalty in the event of the keys not being in the deposit box was a bit harsh.
Clean and comfortable.
8.0Near to where we needed to be as visiting the university with my daughter.
− Guests who are sleeping on the sofa bed have to go through the bedroom to use the bathroom, not a concern for us as family however might be for others.
This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
A deposit may be required at the property.
