− Pelayanan buruk, ditulis 3 kamar ternyata 2 kamar dengan alasan system booking lg error, mau cancel udh mepet waktu ga sempet cari lagi, krn kesalahan dr tuan rumah dijanjikan kompensasi berupa early cek in dan late cek out, voucher diskon 20% di telaga sampireun dan kopi ouy, tp pas hari H malah ga bs dg alasan ada tamu mendadak br masuk jam 12 malam, akhirnya br jam 2 br bs cek in, pas coba ke telaga sampireun diskon voucher juga ga bs krn harus ada voucher fisik, tolong ga usah banyak janji perbaki aja dlu pelayanannya..
