Czystość w obiekcie i jego otoczeniu - zadbany ogród z basenem to duży plus. Bardzo spokojna okolica, a relaksującą ciszę zakłócają jedynie raz na jakiś czas przelatujące nisko samoloty, co jest normalne ze względu na bliskość lotniska i nie jest zbytnio uciążliwe. Zapewnione śniadanie, co jest istotne szczególnie, że brak jest sklepów lub barów w pobliżu.
