8.0El departamento -salvo la ducha y el control del tv que casi no andaba- estaba bien.
− Lo ya marcado. El edificio está bastante venido a menos. Zona un poco ruidosa a tener en cuenta (estacionamiento de micros al frente y bares en la esquina).
