− Unfreundlicher Empfang. Schimmel im Wellnessbereich. Stressiger Abreisetag, da das Reinigungspersonal schon vorm Haus wartet. Extrageld für Bademäntel verlangt u.s.w. Keine Empfehlung!

Einfach nur genial. Dieses Quartier war mit das schönste und edelste, welches wir bisher gebucht haben. Wir wohnten als Selbstversorger im Haus Serpentine, welches sehr detailreich und liebevoll eingerichtet war. Wir haben gemerkt, dass nicht an Kosten gespart wurde. Wenn wir Fragen hatten, wurde uns sofort geholfen. Das Gelände läd definitiv zum Entspannen ein. Besonders unsere Tochter war von den Enten im Teich und vielen Rosen im dazugehörigen Park begeistert. Jeden Tag sind wir im Teich Kneippen gegangen und haben die hauseigenen Kräuter gepflückt und genossen. Der Ort ist ebenfalls sehr schön und gepflegt. Generell ist die Lage optimal. In 5 min. Autofahrt ist man beim Lidl, Wanderung können im Prinzip direkt von der Haustür aus begonnen werden, die Autobahn liegt an, weitere historische Städte sind schnell erreichbar, es gibt einige Restaurants und Spielplätze für die Kids. Wir können nur empfehlen, dort einmal Urlaub zu machen.

Einfach alles, von der Ausstattung über die Chefin, super Personal. Traumhafte Anlage mit allem, was man sich wünscht. Wir kommen wieder.
