We have stayed at least 20 hotels in last 10 years, first time we have tried a apartment at half the cost of our cheapes
10.0The property was excellent, and all we needed for self catering

Comfortable, clean and value for money.
9.0Had everything you need for a pleasant stay. Bed was very comfortable and apartment was very clean. Was a little welcome pack of water, juice, milk and a couple of beers in the fridge. Some tea, coffee and biscuits as well. Wisser (the host) while I never met him was very attentive contacting me just after arrival and regularly checked in via text asking if everything was ok. I had one small issue with tv and he replied within the hour providing instructions on how to fix it.
− Only thing that could be improved is the table and chairs on the balcony as chairs not very comfortable.
Would definitely stay here again. Beautiful appartement and very friendly and helpful host.
10.0The property is close to the beach (only approx. 10 min walk), it was close to supermarkets and in a safe environment. The appartement was well equipt, very clean and cozy.

10.010/10 cleanliness on arrival to apparent well maintained apartment with an easy check in process as well as situated in an ideal location. Apartment was well equipped, comfortable and excellent facilities including AC in living area and bedroom. Clean and well presented apartment with wonderful view when on terrace. Parking also easily accessible in surrounding area.

Amazing apartment, with fantastic host. And everything you need for a fabulous stay on Puerto Del Carmen.
10.0So clean & had absolutely everything you needed for your stay. A home from home. We were accommodated by our host so well, advice given of we asked for it. Location perfect quiet, but yet not too far away from everything you need like shops, restaurants etc. Perfect for my family, we will without a doubt return.
