the flat is 6 minutes far from metro, tram (if you want to use them, otherwise taxi is cheap option) and the boats to the asian side. It has 2 bedrooms with double beds and the view is superb.

− it's in the 4th floor, with no elevator. Plus during our stay, the electricity went off almost every day. We stayed 19-23 February and it was snowing every single day. the host told me that the problem wasn't at the building but outside.
