Overall, this stay was very disappointing and fell well below basic cleanliness and functionality.
2.0- location was close to all required basic amenities - responsive host
− - rooms requested online were different than the ones provided - room 3222's bathroom tub had stagnant water that did not drain well as soon as it was used. when the water went down and came back up, it brought back old water. imagine trying to get clean if youre menstruating - room 3222 had an old soap and the body wash dispenser was out. if you're unable to provide this, let us know in advance so we can come prepared. - room 3222's bedside lamp was barely illuminating, so room was darker than prefered. - room 3220 toilet did not flush - both rooms ran out of hot water early morning, some of us were forced to take cold showers - bedsheets were not washed or washed with stains
