− Nefasto el trato recibido por parte de la dirección del alojamiento. Información errónea indicando que se puede hacer Checking desde las 12. Reserva hecha con un mes de antelación, especificando la preferencia de entrar a las 12:00, pues la noche antes nos indican que hay otros inquilinos y no se podrá hacer hasta las 15:00. Dia 31 de diciembre, yo tenia pedido dia de trabajo, el cual no cobro por estar con ett, para poder llegar pronto y almorzar con la familia en la casa. Me avisan horas antes con todo programado. Le digo que puedo esperar un poco por limpieza pero no 3 horas más tarde. Estuvimos haciendo tiempo en el pueblo, luego en la puerta de la urbanización y luego en la puerta de la vivienda. Entramos a las 15:20. Los niños y nosotros sin comer con las cosas en la puerta de la casa porque nos decían que estaban limpiando y para nuestra sorpresa allí no habia nadie desde las 14:00, y tras reclamar a booking ya nos escriben diciendo que nos van a llevar las llaves, por lo que entramos a la vivienda a las 15:20. Gracias al alojamiento por hacer que nuestro último dia del año haya sido tan caótico y desagradable, rompiendo toda nuestra planificación del viaje en un día tan especial
