The location

− Honestly would not recommend we had issues from the moment we arrived, the place was not cleaned to a good standard, this included filthy carpets, stains on most of the living furniture, food stains from previous guests on cooking equipment, a bag of rubbish left from previous guests and previous guests hair still left in the hot tub, the hot tub was also not filled for our arrival, after contacting the host and sending multiple photos we were told the cleaners apologise for these ‘small issues’ and we could leave if we wanted too and they would refund us, this was not an option for us as we had driven 6 hours to get there. We had to contact on site maintenance ourselves who were very helpful and came up and put a filter in the hot tub and switched it on for us as well as bringing a heater so we could use it quicker but it still wasn’t ready to use until about 9pm so a full day was wasted for us. They offered us £30 for the hot tub issue but never sent it.

Property was amazing, absolutely spotless and had everything you would need. Jungle theme was lovely the kids loved it and the hot tub was massive and loved by everyone

Fantastic location, comfortable clean lodge with great decor, hot tub was well-maintained and regularly cleaned.

− Some kitchen utensils need updating (in particular blunt knives) and twin bed matresses were very hard.
