8.0The bedrooms and bathrooms were great, and the location was good and very quiet.
− The sofas were a little uncomfortable, the front door was difficult to lock and unlock. There was a smell of damp when we first entered.

10.0The owner provided full instruction before the stay, including precise location of the property and key safe code.
− My kids didn't like the walk back up the hill from the town, but from a parents perspective, it helped them burn off the excess energy from the sugary dessert they had :)
3 generations staying 2 nights to attend a family event, this suited us perfectly.
10.0Very clear communication about location and arrival. Spotlessly clean. Luxuriously thick towels Lovely welcome pack, including much appreciated cold Prosecco. Very spacious and quiet. Pretty , well kept gardens.
− Nowhere in en-suite shower to put shampoo/soap except floor. A very minor irritation which did not detract from our enjoyment of the property.

9.0Great location for central Torquay and Torquay beach. Lots of space! Loved the little basket of things - including tea and coffee and milk!
− There is a steep hill up to the apartment so not for the faint hearted!! But worth it for location/cost.

9.0The place was spacious, super clean, and had everything we needed. The little touches like the food basket, butter, milk in the fridge, and even baking paper made it feel really welcoming.
