I loved the location, the quiet area, the pool, the in site laundry, and the fact it had hot water!

− Really nothing to complain about. Its a small studio perfect for a couple. Definitely not good for a family.

− Maintenance on the property started very early. There was noice every morning. Also I could not raise the volume on the television. When there was noice outside in the morning I could not hear the T.V. The choice was 0 or 1 on the volume. Everything else was very good.

Relaxing with no drama, and an interesting sense of community.

The room was clean and the bed was really very comfortable. AC worked great. Plenty of towels etc. Frying pans and pots were good compared to some places. The pool was large and water was perfect. For what I have seen of Costa Rica so far, overall the place was really quite good. Other guests were friendly and there was a good and relaxed vibe, almost a sense of camaraderie. There were some long term guests who said they came back every year, so it made things feel quite safe. The lawns and the gardens were very well kept and overall the whole facility was quite good. It was walkable to the beach and decent restaurants were nearby. It is kind of away from the main street and the busyness of that area, which is good. It was quiet at night and I got to have some great sleeps. It was really just what I needed at the time. No stress.

− Parts were a little tired, a few tiles missing at the pool but nothing serious. For a "three star" facility, I thought it was really quite good.
