5.0Die Lage der Wohnung ist hervorragend, und die Vermieter zeigen sich äußerst flexibel.
− In einem Zimmer befindet sich neben der Heizung eine schwarze, verschimmelte Ecke. Zudem tropft ein Heizungsventil. Die Wohnung ist meines Erachtens teilweise renovierungsbedürftig.

9.0Wir haben uns in Rebecca`s Wohnung besonders wohl gefühlt. Die Einrichtung ist durchdacht und sehr ansprechend. Auch als Familie mit zwei Kindern hatten wir genug Platz - trotz Dauerregens draußen trat sich keiner auf die Zehen :-).
