Simple and convenient flat 1min from the beach and restaurants

− Not very cosy, even if it was clean, it felt smelly. Maybe it’s just humidity.
Lack of air conditioning and uncleanliness made our stay very unpleasant.
1.0Perfect location
− There was no air conditioning, which made our stay very uncomfortable. I would never have booked an apartment in Italy in July without air conditioning, and I even messaged the property before our arrival to confirm it has air conditioning. But when we arrived, there were just 2 dirty fans blowing warm air around. The apartment also felt unclean. I spent the 1st evening trying to mop the floors, but the only available mop was dirty, so we kept our shoes on the entire stay because the floors didn’t feel clean. The kitchen was not well equipped, and I didn’t feel comfortable using any of the dishes without washing them 1st, as some were visibly dirty. I messaged the owners/property both during our stay and afterwards, but my messages have gone ignored. I see the listing still states there is air conditioning. At this point, I consider that to be fraudulent, as the owners are well aware they are misleading future renters.
