În spatele proprietății cu ieșire din curtea proprietății există o parcare mare unde pot fi parcate mașinile .O proprietate perfectă pentru un concediu cu prietenii sau copii mici . Apă nu este adâncă și este perfectă pentru copii . Plaja este cu nisip . Sunt două șezlonguri la proprietate care pot fi folosite pe plajă .
