Wohnung war OK ,für europäische Verhältnisse einfach ausgestattet,für Afrika ganz gut.bett Matratze sehr gut klein aber fein.

− Etwas mehr Sorgfalt bei der Reinigung,leider waren nur 2 Platten am Herd in Ordnung ,Rasenteppich auf dem Balkon löste sich auf deswegen viel Schmutz mit in die Wohnung gebracht

− Mauvais emplacement, ville en construction. Serviette tâché, le linge séchait sur le balcon quand on est arrivées. Pas de papier toilette

This property is top tier. I have stayed at many Fumba properties. This one is my all-time favorite. No detail was missed. We had a blender for morning smoothies, a microwave AND cooktop (gas & electric). They thought of everything!!! You would not be disappointed 🖤

Good apartment, good location, nice weather, all good. Needs little fine tuning & training to staff.

Excellent help from Wayne. Right from booking online (2 months in advance) to the time i checked out. The apartment by itself, which was perfect studio apartment.

− Horrendous experience. Checking in: There was no attendant by the time i visited and the main gate staff couldnt understand that i need the apartment keys. though I have shown the reservation print out from Booking.com which has my name, confirmation number, apartment name etc etc., they couldn't understand. The security staff made me wait for 1 hour and were searching for keys. It was nightmarish experience. The walkway to the apartment was pitch dark and no lights. I have to search for the block and the apartment number. Once i entered, there was no wifi. The staff could have kept the password noted on a paper and left on the table. The balcony doors were open and it was dark outside. The AC remote batteries were already discharged and one remote doesn't have batteries. Maintenance: The apartment was cleaned only one day, during my entire stay for a week. I have to explicitly call and ask for cleaning. However, Booking.com has charged the cleaning charges for all the days upfront. Appreciate if they revert back those cleaning charges levied without any service. Mr.Wayne: can you look into the cleaning charges and revert back to my credit card. The water bottle was kept only on the first day. There was no coffee / sugar powder to prepare coffee. I only see 2 tea packets there on the first day. No coffee / tea bags replenished for entire week. overall its a poor quality and low maintenance. Absolutely no service at all. During my entire week, i havent seen the flat attendant or manager or front desk. No admin stafff whatsoever. All i could manage is with the help of Wayne, who really helped me whenever needed. He was always helpful and proactively volunteering for a help with transport details, wifi password, house cleaning. All these via WhatsApp messages. Not sure i have the full hold on the T&C of this hotel, there is huge gap in expectations and lot to catch up.
