9.0Ten apartament jest świetny: Wenecja to trudne miasto - wszędzie jest głośno i wszędzie pełno ludzi. Zaskoczyło mnie, że w tym mieszkaniu jest naprawdę cicho. Okolica jest bezpieczna, choć w centrum. Bardzo blisko dworca. Kuchnia działa, łazienka działa (w Wenecji zdarzają się naprawdę przedziwne zawirowania z elektryką, wodą i wszystkim), więc to akurat wcale nie bywa takie oczywiste. W poprzednich recenzjach apartamentu pisano o skomplikowanym systemie zamykania mieszkania na dwa zamki. Nie wyobrażam sobie NIE ZAMYKAĆ mieszkania - i chyba wszędzie w każdych drzwiach są 2 zamki, więc nie rozumiem tego dramatu. Owszem, kilka kluczy itp. ale chyba bezpieczeństwo i komfort są najważniejsze. Sąsiedzi mieszkania są bardzo w porządku. Klatka czysta. Blisko restauracje, kościoły i kanały. Po prostu bosko! Przyznaję, że było coś, co trochę mnie bolało, ale nie napiszę tego w negatywach, bo to sprawa subiektywnej estetyki. To mieszkanie mogłoby być perłą. Jest w Wenecji, w cichym miejscu, z widokiem na ładne kameralne podwórko, z widocznymi śladami świetności we wnętrzu. Ale... obecne wyposażenie jest bardzo nieprzemyślane. Jakieś białe przypadkowe kanapy, rażące oczy szafy i jakieś dziwne elementy... Gdyby tylko to wszystko ładniej (niekoniecznie drogo czy fancy), czyli z pomysłem, urządzono, byłaby to najlepsza miejscówka Wenecji. To mieszkanie byłoby przepiękne, a tak chyba jest po prostu niekochane. Wielka szkoda. Ale podsumowując - to wspaniałe miejsce nawet do dłuższego zamieszkania. BARDZO polecam

10.0Bardzo przyjemne mieszkanie , w pełni wyposażone , jest wszystko czego potrzeba. Czysto. Dobra lokalizacja .Świetne łóżko , duże i bardzo wygodne :) Właściciel sympatyczny , a Wenecja niesamowita ;)

9.0Apartment was comfortable for our family 2+1. Nice surprise were coffee machine with coffee included. Kitchen is well equipped. Host is nice and easy to keep in touch. Nice localization. Many cozy restaurants around, water tram stop was close.
− Located on 2nd floor and elevator is not working. There was a problem with the drain in the bathtub and the water did not drain immediately when taking a shower.
