В апартаментах есть всё необходимое для проживания: техника, сушильная машина, посуда, много шкафов и достаточно места для хранения. В целом квартира удобная.

− Квартира выглядит неухоженной. По приезде в сушильной машине лежало влажное бельё, которое пришлось доставать. Постельное бельё было мятым, на нём были волосы, что сразу создаёт неприятное впечатление о чистоте. Мебель, стены и матрасы местами были с пятнами и следами износа. В одной комнате кровать была составлена из двух односпальных кроватей, а наматрасник не подходил по размеру, поэтому простынь постоянно съезжала, и приходилось спать на грязном матрасе. В целом квартира хорошая по оснащению, но ей нужна генеральная уборка, химчистка и более внимательный уход.
