Terrible last minute cancellation by owner

Nothing.

− When I arrived and couldn't find the property, I called the owner to ask where to go. She told me that she took the property off booking.com and that it was not a rental property anymore. I had paid in full via booking.com and ended up having to find another place. Booking.com refunded me but did not compensate me for the difference in price I had to pay for new accomodation which was very expensive last minute. I will not use booking.com again as this is my second experience of them not vetting their business partners and me having to find new accomodation.

Totally unsatisfied and angry for losing my money.

The property does not exist. It is a scam. I was stranded and had to book accommodation elsewhere. I want my money back. Please remove this provider from Booking.com. There were three of us stuck at this bogus place.

Worst, scam, don’t go.

She’s running a scam she takes the booking she doesn’t pickup your call I waited 3 hours outside her building there is no house number mention. If you want to sleep on the road please book this room otherwise stay away from this room.
