施設について / About the property 市内中心部へのアクセスが良く、観光には非常に便利な立地です。屋上からの景色も素晴らしく、滞在中の大きな魅力の一つでした。 The location is convenient, with easy access to the city center, making it ideal for sightseeing. The view from the rooftop is excellent and was one of the highlights of the stay. 部屋について / About the room 設備がコンパクトにまとまっており、長期滞在にも向いている印象です。 また、ベッドサイドにコンセントがあり、デバイスの充電に便利でした。Wi-Fiの速度も安定しており快適に利用できます。 The room is compact yet well-equipped, which may suit longer stays. There is also a power outlet by the bedside, convenient for charging devices, and the Wi-Fi connection is stable and reliable.

− 掲載写真のような明るさはなく、室内は全体的に暗い印象でした。照明の改善が望まれます。 The room is not as bright as shown in the photos and feels rather dim overall. Improved lighting would be beneficial. シャワーヘッドが故障しており、接続部分から大量のお湯が漏れていました。 The shower head was damaged, causing a significant amount of water to leak from the joint. エアコンが設置されておらず、送風機のみのため、夜は暑さを感じました。 There is no air conditioning, only a fan, which made it feel quite warm at night. メインゲートの鍵に少し癖があり、慣れるまで開閉に苦労しました。 The main gate lock is somewhat tricky and takes time to get used to. 私の反省点 / My own reflection 到着前に、到着予定時刻を必ずハウスオーナーへ連絡する必要があります。施設には常駐スタッフがおらず、指定した時間にメインゲート前でスタッフと合流する仕組みです。 私は予約時に届いたオーナーからのメッセージを十分に確認しておらず、強い日差しの中でメインゲート前に約20分待つことになってしまいました。 It is essential to inform the host of your arrival time in advance. There are no on-site staff, and you need to meet them at the main gate at the scheduled time. In my case, I did not read the host’s message carefully before arrival and ended up waiting about 20 minutes in front of the gate under strong sunlight.

Excelentemente decorado, muy limpio, cerca del centro y al mismo tiempo alejado de las zonas con más ruido. Tiene plancha, neverita, cocina, muy útil si no buscas sólo un lugar donde dormir.

− Realmente hace mucho calor ahí dentro. Yo nunca tengo calor, y reconozco que estaba como encerrado. El acceso es por una escalera de caracol. Pienso que se debería especificar esto en la descripción ya para personas con menos movilidad esto es algo muy a considerar a la hora de decidir dónde reservar.

− Dirty dishes in the cupboard. The shower head needed replacing. There was a hole at the top of the shower head.

− Al dar a la calle se escucha mucho ruido desde primera hora del día. Nos quedamos de jueves a domingo y el único día que no se escuchó ruido fue el domingo.
