Very clean, great location, well equipped, easy check in and check out

− Flat is on 4th floor, lift was broken our entire stay (weren't told this in advance), nobody replied to my messages asking about the lift or to arrange to leave our luggage (despite being told we could), air con worked really well in one bedroom but not in rest of flat. Beds are really soft.
