Klidná lokalita na okraji obce. Terasa a soukromí velkého pozemku. Bezproblémové parkování na pozemku. Dobrá dopravní dostupnost a blízké možnosti nákupů a služeb v Ingenio. Dostatečné vybavení pro vaření a stolování.

− Dům již měl svá nejlepší léta za sebou - místy oprýskaná barva, vlhké zdi, v jedné z koupelen netekla teplá voda. Celkově dům působí temným a chladných dojmem. V zimním období je vytápění jen přenosnými radiátory - pro tak velký dům je to nezbytné minimum. Škoda že v ceně není také pořádná porce dřeva - je smutné sedět na pohovce ve svetru a koukat se na ten pěkný ale prázdný krb. Chyběli nám základní věci v domě ( mýdlo, cukr sůl, prací gel a pod) - toto bývá jinde standardem. Úprava venkovní zeleně určené pro ubytované by mohla být také lepší.
