7.0Posizione davvero ottima per muoversi a Golfo Aranci. Seconda spiaggia a soli 50m. Terza Spiaggia e centro raggiungibili a piedi. Appartamento con I grosso indipendente ampio e spazioso, con due camere e due bagni ed un comodo patio dove mangiare, con vista mare.
− Host dell'appartamento disponibile, ma alla fine non ha soddisfatto le ns necessità. Appartamento dotato solo di una scopa ed una paletta per la pulizia. Considerato che eravamo in 4 con un cane, avevo chiesto gentilmente di poter avere un piccolo aspirapolvere per poter tenere pulito l'appartamento da sabbia ed altro, ma mi è stato risposto che non era possibile. Ho provato, in alternativa, a chiedere di mettere un doccino all'ingresso (presente in tutti gli appartamenti vicini), per poter lavarci almeno i piedi al rientro alla spiaggia, ma nonostante la promessa dell'host non è mai arrivato. In ultimo, nota dolente LA DOCCIA FREDDA...!!! Purtroppo la caldaia centralizzata del condominio non ha una capienza tale da soddisfare tutti, per questo dopo le mie prime lamentele, il consiglio che ho ricevuto è stato quello di fare la doccia tardi (dopo le 21) ed evitare certi orari. Con una bambina di 3 anni....non certo una comodità.

7.0Gute Lage. Leise im Zimmer. Grosse zimmer - grosse Wohnung- viel Platz.
− Die Matratze ist durchgelegen. Unterstützung des Vermiteters nur zögerlich da er in Olbia ist. Bei uns hat der Kühlschrank nicht funktioniert - musste es selbst reparieren.

− No cooking essentials (oil, salt) despite pans and pots being available, no tablets for the dishwasher nor the washing machine. We entered the 1 hour after the check-in time and there was no toilet paper nor kitchen towels. Also no towel hangers in any of the bathrooms nor kitchen, no check-out instructions nor information on how to use gas (which was closed when we arrived)
