10.0The house is located in the historic district . It is quiet and I felt at home as soon as I got there. The owner Lynna was so helpful and responded to every request in seconds . She recommended a restaurant and gave me the directions and sent the walking directions as it was merely city a short distance away . So convenient to Jekyll island,3 roads away!

Deceiving lady. Be careful
1.0− We booked this bed and breakfast expecting to stay with the woman we had been communicating with, as the listing described. It mentioned sharing a bathroom with her — which we were fine with — but nowhere did it state that there would be other tenants living there. Upon arrival, we learned that the woman we had been speaking to wasn’t even staying at the property. Instead, we were sharing the space with a man (her tenant) and another worker who was renting a room for a month. The host casually mentioned as we arrived that she “forgot to mention” about the worker. This was extremely uncomfortable and not what we signed up for. We booked under the impression we’d be staying with the host we’d spoken to, not strangers we had never been told about. This felt deceptive and unsafe, especially for two women traveling together. The lack of transparency was unacceptable, and we would not recommend this property to anyone expecting an honest and accurate description of the accommodations.

9.0Lynna is very kind and thoughtful towards guests. The keypads are great to not have to carry keys around. The location is the perfect jumping off point to explore Brunswick and St Simons. It's right around the corner from the historic Victorian homes.
