Die Wohnung selbst war schön.

− Die Unterkunft entsprach zwar den Bildern, aber ich kann sie aufgrund des Gastgebers nicht empfehlen. Bei der Ankunft verlangte Diego eine Kaution von 150 €. Wir haben die Wohnung ohne jegliche Schäden verlassen. An einem Abend waren wir für wenige Minuten etwas zu laut. Wir haben uns sofort beim Nachbarn entschuldigt, ihm sogar eine Karte und Donuts geschenkt. Diego versicherte uns mehrfach, dass alles in Ordnung sei und lud uns am letzten Tag sogar noch zum Frühstück ein was er verlangte und unbedingt wollte dieses hat er mehrmals erwähnt um uns ein schlechtes gewissen zu machen was Manipulation ist. Nach dem Check-out wollte er die Kaution plötzlich nicht mehr zurückzahlen. Als Begründung nannte er eine angebliche Beschwerde bei der Polizei vom Nachbarn , obwohl er selbst bestätigte, dass keine Schäden entstanden sind. Über Wochen wurden wir hingehalten und teilweise ignoriert. Eine faire Lösung gab es nicht. Für mich wirkt dieses Verhalten unprofessionell und respektlos. Seid vorsichtig , sowas ist schonmal einem jungen Paar passiert selbst wenn ihr die Wohnung ordentlich hinterlasst, gibt es offenbar keine Garantie, dass ihr eure Kaution zurückbekommt. Sucht euch eine andere Unterkunft und lasst euch nicht von seinem Bewertungen täuschen

It was a perfect stay

Perfect location in the historic city center and close to the railway station and the port. Many cosy restaurants and bars nearby, as well as groceries. The apartment is a kind of smart house (can be managed by the host remotely) and comes with a fully equipped kitchen and loads of useful info on where to go and what to do, including public transport timetable. I stayed there at the end of May, it was already hot outside but comfortably cool inside with no need to turn on the AC. The host Diego was very welcoming and helpful.

− The guests are asked to behave quietly not to disturb the neighbours but it is the locals who scream through the walls. I guess that’s a part of local culture😁

A estadia foi ótima! A localização é excelente, próxima aos principais pontos turísticos e a diversos restaurantes. O Diego foi extremamente educado, simpático e solícito, sempre muito atencioso. Com certeza recomendo.

Wow, location, excellent. Espresso machine, excellent. The apartment - very spacious, comfortable bed and clean, clean, clean. Safe, huge front door to the apartment building, elevator, safety lock on actual apartment. Very quiet. Diego, the owner, met me at the train station. So nice of him.
