− No water fountain for kids without drink bottles around the play areas

Reception hours are 08:00 until 20:00 daily. Please note if you expect to arrive outside these times, you must contact the front desk during these reception hours to make alternate arrangements. Guests who fail to arrive on the designated day will forfeit their deposit. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. The legal guardian must provide a current photo ID or proof of guardianship if requested upon check-in You must show a valid credit card upon check in. This credit card must be in the same name as the guest's name on the booking confirmation.
