Sucio y descuidado.
4.0− El alojamiento está extremadamente descuidado, sucio, las cosas se caen a pedazos. Con el calor que hace en pleno verano, solo hay un aire acondicionado en el salón y sin ventiladores para distribuir un poco el aire es imposible dormir en las habitaciones, les pedí ventiladores y aun sigo esperando que los lleven.

8.0La ubicación ,sobre todo la terraza con vistas preciosas.El apartamento estaba limpio y es igual a las fotos.Tenia todo el menaje y lo necesario para pasar el tiempo que se quiera .
− El apartamento necesita una reforma para que esté más vistoso y arreglar algunas cosas.Tendrian que cambiar la apertura de la puerta de la nevera que molesta mucho..El aire acondicionado es insuficiente deberían poner ventiladores en el techo de las habitaciones.

8.0Great location, large comfortable apartment with a nice terrace and views. A really comfortable feel to the room and complex. Close to the beach, stores, coffee places. The bus to Valencia was really easy and quick. Didn't need to rent a car. Would stay again. Apartment has everything including a cooler for the beach Very clean.
− The apartment is a bit tired, not terrible but not new. Beach chair was broken, they didnt replace.
