The location, the area and the surrounding.
− The staff - no emotions and not practical and they don’t speak to other. The dish washer wasn’t working. The staff coverage is very limited.

Die Lage ist direkt in Natur, sehr viel Bäume und sehr ruhig, Swimmingpool und Spielplatz sind direkt vor Tür, alles ist verfügbar, super toll! Die Einrichtungen in Chalet sind sehr neu und sehr benutzerfreundlich. Parkplatz ist auch einfach direkt hinter dem Chalet,super bequem.
− Einige ist, dass wir haben vor der Reise per booking Nachrichten geschrieben,keine Antwort, und auch versuchte anzurufen, auch nicht reagiert. Aber die Personal vor Ort sind super nett.
