10.0La ubicación, el personal y las instalaciones .
− La tranquilidad y el descanso se rompió a las 6 a.m con el motor de los taxi boat.
Entorno espectacular
8.0El entorno es increíble!! El hotel está situado en una reserva natural y esto te permite ver fácilmente caimanes, perezosos, mariposas, pájaros…
− Nuestra habitación estaba en medio de la reserva natural y no tenía cristales en las ventanas, solo mosquiteras. Eso hacía que cuando llovía hubiera mucha humedad en la habitación.

9.0Son una maravilla los bungalows sobre el mar, se disfrutan muchísimo. La comida ha estado muy bien. El personal muy amable. Ubicación buena, los taxi water te dejan en el embarcadero del hotel. Las toallas del baño parecían nuevas.
− La verdad que ha estado todo muy bien, solo como sugerencia pero que no es algo necesario…intentaría cambiar los textiles de la sala de estar de los bungalows y cojines.

9.0Das Hotel ist superschön! die Bungalows (wir waren über dem Wasser) sind wirklich ein Traum. Raus und direkt rein ins klare Wasser. Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den hoteleigenen Regenwald-Ausschnitt. Dort kann man einige Tiere sehen, die sich dort frei bewegen können. Wir haben Kaimane, Schnappschildkröten, Erdbeerfröschchen und einige andere gesehen.
− Das Hotel ist ruhig gelegen, was ich grundsätzlich toll finde. Man ist dadurch aber halt etwas abgeschottet und jeweils auf ein Wasser-Taxi angewiesen um auf eine Insel mit Restaurants, etc. zu kommen.
